How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Your item will leave our premises no later than two working days after receipt of payment. We send all our packages with different transport service providers. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the individual delivery times of our shipping partners, so our delivery times are estimates.

Delivery takes place in the following countries Austria, Germany, Slovenia, Hungary, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Croatia, Romania, Finland, Sweden.

How can I redeem a voucher code? If you have a voucher or promotional code, you can redeem it using the voucher field in the shopping cart. When entering, please make sure that you type the code precisely and without spaces. Otherwise the code will not be recognized by our system. *** Please note that only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
